The present invention relates to an apparatus to collect a plastic wrapper for an umbrella used to wrap an umbrella in order to prevent rainwater from falling from the umbrella, by comprising: a main body which provides an internal space; and a plastic wrapper collecting unit placed on the upper part of the main body, and includes a pair of hanging ends which face each other at a fixed interval reducing from the upper part to the lower part in order to apply elasticity from both sides of an inserted umbrella. A plurality of hanging protrusions are placed at the end units of the pair of hanging ends. Therefore, the apparatus can easily withdraw a plastic wrapper from an umbrella because the hanging ends apply pressure from the sides of the umbrella, can collect the plastic wrapper of the umbrella by corresponding to the various sizes of the umbrellas, and can easily collect and discard the plastic wrapper withdrawn from the umbrella. |
