摘要 The objective of the present invention is to provide a light receiving circuit capable of detecting only a sharp change in light amount with high sensitivity, of representing low current consumption, and of representing characteristics of a low price and small size. In order to accomplish the objective, there is provided the light receiving circuit including: a photoelectric conversion element for allowing current corresponding to an amount of incident light to flow; a voltage detection circuit for outputting a detection signal if voltage at a node becomes greater than a first voltage; a reset circuit for allowing current of the photoelectric conversion element to flow to a ground (GND) terminal if the detection signal of the voltage detection circuit is input so that the voltage at the node becomes a second voltage lower than the first voltage, and for maintaining the present state if the detection signal is not input; and a voltage increase detection circuit for detecting a fluctuation in the voltage of the node and outputting a detection result.
