The present invention relates to a building finishing composition which comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement in which fineness is 3,200-6,500 cm2/g, 10-40 parts by weight of cannabis liquid and cannabis stem mixture; 5-100 parts by weight of stone dust; 5-15 parts by weight of a flame retardant; 0.01-10 parts by weight of a high performance water reducing agent; 0.1-1 parts by weight of one or more condition promoters; and 1-15 parts by weight of one filler. The composition, according to the present invention, improves durability, adds sound absorption, antibacterial, deodorization, insulation, and UV blocking functions, emits far-infrared rays, removes harmful wavelengths, and facilitates the moisture control. |
