The present invention relates to a differential pressure flow rate sensor. The present invention detects fluid pressure in a flow path where fluid flows so that pressure of a pipe where the fluid flows can be offset and the pressure of the flowing fluid with respect to the flow speed can be measured. The present invention includes a fluid-input inlet (3) and a fluid-discharge outlet (4) in the pipe where the fluid flows, a hydraulic pressure generation portion (5) which allows a hydraulic pressure to be generated between the inlet (3) and the outlet (4), and a hydraulic pressure sensor unit (6) which detects and senses the hydraulic pressure generated in the hydraulic pressure generation portion (5). According to the differential pressure flow rate sensor provided herein, the hydraulic pressure generation portion (5) includes a first hydraulic pressure detection member (7) where the pressure of the fluid moving from the inlet (3) to the outlet (4) side is constant and shows no change, and a second hydraulic pressure detection member (8) where the pressure of the fluid moving from the inlet (3) to the outlet (4) changes. |
