The present invention relates to a portable gene amplifier having a simple operation. The present invention relates to a thin-film type gene amplification chamber which enables general users to simply perform a gene amplification process extracted from cell tissues which used to be possible only by researchers in a conventional laboratory by processing various devices and reagents and performing an experiment for a predetermined time; and to a gene amplification method using the same.
