Disclosed herein is a method for the preparation of an amide indole derivative compound of formula (Id) e.g. 1-(Benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-yl)-N-(2-(2-methyl-4-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)butan-2-yl)-1H-indol-5-yl)cyclopropanecarboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for treating or lessening the severity of male infertility or pancreatic insufficiency, wherein the variables R1, R2, A, B and n shown in formula (Id) are as defined in the specification, and wherein the method comprises coupling the carboxylic acid moiety with an amine moiety as defined and shown in the specification. |
