The present invention relates to a shock-absorbing shoe heel and, more particularly, to a shock-absorbing shoe heel that absorbs and mitigates a shock applied to a heel of a shoe so as to reduce fatigue applied to a foot and a lower body and prevent an injury. The shock-absorbing shoe heel according to the present invention that is provided with shock absorbing means at the heel of the shoe includes an upper cap that blocks a chamber which is formed inside the heel; a piston that is inserted into an inside chamber of the heel and is exposed downward; a sole that is coupled with a lower end of the piston; a compression spring that brings the piston into close contact downward inside the chamber; and an O-ring that prevents leak between the chamber and the piston. |
