The present invention relates to a bubble removal device of a liquid cargo and the method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to the bubble removal device of the liquid cargo and the method thereof which enables measuring the exact physical quantity of the liquid cargo by removing the bubbles included in the liquid cargo when unloading the liquid cargo stored in a storage tank. The bubble removal device of the liquid cargo comprises the storage tank, a measuring device measuring the physical quantity of the liquid cargo, a first pipe delivering the liquid cargo to the measuring device by being connected between the storage tank and the measuring device, a middle tank removing the bubbles included in the liquid cargo, and a second pipe delivering the liquid cargo to the measuring device by passing through the middle tank and being connected between the storage tank and the measuring device, whereby the liquid cargo is delivered through the first pipe if the liquid level of the liquid cargo inside the storage tank is higher than a standard value, and wherein the liquid cargo is delivered through the second pipe if the liquid level of the liquid cargo is lower than the standard value. |
