A linkage mechanism disposed on a bottle blowing machine and between uniaxial die opening and closing and bottom die positioning. The linkage mechanism comprises a die opening and closing component, and a bottom die positioning component used for relative positioning between the bottom die and a rack of the bottle blowing machine. The die opening and closing component comprises a bottom die (1) capable of moving along an up and down direction relative to the rack, a fixed die plate (2), and a moving die plate (3). The bottom die positioning component comprises multiple sliding blocks (42, 43) slidingly disposed on the rack, multiple swinging elements (44, 45) disposed on the rack in a swinging manner and used for driving the multiple sliding blocks (42, 43) to slide, and a rotation element (41) capable of rotating relative to the rack and used for driving the swinging elements (44, 45) to swing during rotation. The moving die plate (3) and the rotation element (41) are fixedly connected to a rotation shaft (21). The rotation shaft (21) rotates around a rotation axis. When the die is closed, the moving die plate (3) engages with the fixed die plate (2), and multiple sliding blocks (42, 43) are inserted between the bottom die (1) and the rack to abut the bottom die (1). When the die is opened, the sliding block (42) is separated from the bottom die (1). In the linkage mechanism, the rotation shaft is used to drive the moving die plate and the rotation element to rotate together, rotation of the rotation element is converted into sliding of the sliding block by using the swinging element, so that linkage between the die opening and closing and the bottom die positioning is implemented, an action problem is solved by using the simplest structure, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and a size of the device is reduced. |
