Device for fixing an endoprosthesis (2) (endo-graft) either directly to the aortic wall (2) and/or at distal level to avoid migration of the endoprosthesis (2) (endo-graft); the device (1) comprises. a crown of springs (7) connected to one another adapted to exert an outwards radial spring-back force so as to push the endoprosthesis (2) against the aortic wall (2) and therefore maintain the endoprosthesis (2) in position; in the area of the springs (7) couplings (9) are provided, adapted to' penetrate the aortic wall (3).
