PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform energy saving that corresponds to an electric lamp for each time zone and is based on an action of a resident.SOLUTION: A HEMS 30 calculates an electric expense in a unit time at a specified date on the basis of the fee unit value of an electric lamp for each time zone and current values detected by current sensors 20A-20E. Then, the HEMS 30 displays the calculated electric expense in the unit time on one screen on the same temporal axis as that of at least one of the action history of a resident and the fee unit value of the electric lamp for each time zone.
