Disclosed is an apparatus for a seabed ground investigation, comprising a rod transport structure, capable of performing operations such as boring of the ground, standard penetration test (SPT), pressure meter test (PMT), cone penetration test (CPT), field vane test (FVT), sampling and coring, on the seabed. The apparatus for a seabed ground investigation according to the present invention comprises: a rod insertion part, engaged with a frame, for sequentially inserting rods under the seabed ground; a plurality of rod fixing packs fixed to the frame and having the rods coupled to the outer peripheral surfaces thereof; and a rod transport part, arranged on the lower surface of the frame, for sequentially transporting the rods to the rod insertion part, wherein the rod transport part comprises: a rod transport chuck for holding the rods; a stepped movement guide engaged with the lower end of the rod transport chuck; and a roller assembly through which the stepped movement guide passes in a closely contacting manner when the rod transport chuck moves linearly.
