<p>A clamping piece-type anchorage for a prestressed tendon belongs to the technical field of foundation engineering structural members. The anchorage comprises a metal anchor ring (1) and a truncated cone-shaped metal clamping piece (3) embedded in an anchor eye (2) of the metal anchor ring (1), a threaded through hole (6) is formed in the middle of the metal clamping piece (3); a meltable bush (4) is tightly attached to the inner wall of the anchor eye (2), a truncated cone-shaped through hole (5) which fits the metal clamping piece (3) is formed in the center of the bush (4), the metal clamping piece (3) is inserted into the truncated cone-shaped through hole (5) to come into tight contact with the bush (4), an electric heating ring (7) is wrapped on the outer wall of the metal anchor ring (1), and the electric heating ring (7) is connected with a conducting wire (8) leading to the outside of concrete or rock and soil; when being inserted into the threaded through hole (6), a prestressed tendon (10) is clamped by the metal clamping piece (3); and when the conducting wire (8) is powered on, the electric heating ring (7) generates heat to heat the metal anchor ring (1) and accordingly soften or melt the bush (4). By arranging the meltable bush (4) between the metal anchor ring (1) and the metal clamping piece (3) in the anchorage, the metal clamping piece (3) is pressed to realize clamping of the prestressed tendon (10), in this way, the prestressed tendon (10) can be recycled rapidly and conveniently on the premise of ensuring a quite large tensile strength of the prestressed tendon (10).</p> |
