PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station or the like capable of reducing interference power in a wireless communication system comprising a plurality of base stations having different cell radii, by specifying a base station to which a wireless terminal that exerts an uplink interference power from a plurality of neighboring base stations to the base station is connected, and holding the wireless terminal that transmits the uplink interference power in the base station by causing the base station to perform measurement control on the wireless terminal.SOLUTION: A neighboring base station to which the wireless terminal that is a source of interference is connected is determined on the basis of an amount of interference power received from the wireless terminal and measurement information of the neighboring base stations measured by the base station. Further, a base station that receives interference power from a wireless terminal controls the wireless terminal that transmits the interference power and causes the wireless terminal to be connected to the base station instead of the base station with which the wireless terminal performs communications. |
