PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt adjustment apparatus capable of performing tilt adjustment while keeping a focused state regarding an imaging plane of an imaging device packaged in optical equipment such as a video camera or a digital camera.SOLUTION: A tilt adjustment apparatus 1 comprises a tilt support plate 10 supported with respect to an axial moving member 5 which is disposed to be movable in an optical axis direction, and a board member 9 on which an imaging device 8 is mounted, and disposed to expose the imaging device 8. The tilt support plate 10 is supported to be displaceable with respect to the axial moving member 5 and the board member 9, respectively, at two points in an X direction and a Y direction vertical to the X direction. Two supporting parts 10g in the X direction and two supporting parts 10d in the Y direction are positioned to be within the same plane, and the imaging device 8 is positioned within the plane. |
