PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink improved in thermal radiation properties thereof, the heat sink being used for efficiently releasing heat generated from various mechanical and electrical components.SOLUTION: In order to improve thermal radiation properties of a heat sink, one side of each fin of a heat sink is subjected to treatment such as coating of a heat radiation coating material with good thermal radiation properties, bonding of a heat radiation sheet, and alumite processing, or the treatment is performed for every other fin or every other stick of a heat sink. |
