<p>An electrochromic panel and a display apparatus. The electrochromic panel comprises a first substrate (10) and a second substrate (20) of a paired box, and an electrochromic layer (30) located between the first substrate (10) and the second substrate (20). The first substrate (10) has a first transparent electrode layer formed by multiple electrode blocks (11). The second substrate (20) has a second transparent electrode layer disposed opposite to the first transparent electrode layer. Because an electrochromic material has light-transmission and light-proof properties under the effect of an extra electric field, by disposing an electrochromic panel in front of a display panel and controlling the power-on status of electrode blocks in the electrochromic panel, a display apparatus can implement a function of an adjustable angle of view.</p> |
