PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeder capable of stopping second and succeeding sheets from being conveyed while suppressing a decrease in durability of an electrostatic attraction belt when two or more sheets are attracted to the electrostatic attraction belt, and an image formation apparatus.SOLUTION: A paper feeder 3 comprises a conveyance part 31 having: a driving roller 312; a driven roller 313; and an electrostatic attraction belt 311 extended and wound around those rollers; a conveyor roller 32 which is arranged downstream from the driven roller 313 while avoiding the electrostatic attraction belt 311, and sends a sheet, conveyed by the conveyance part 31, out in a paper feed direction; and a reverse roller 33 which is arranged opposite the conveyance roller 32 below sheets in a stacking direction, and separates a sheet below a top sheet among a plurality of sheets including the top sheet and stops the sheets below the top sheet from being fed when the plurality of sheets including the top sheet are attracted to an outer surface of the electrostatic attraction belt 311. |
