Automatic safety device for quick coupler

摘要

Provided is an automatic safety device for a quick coupler used for coupling an attachment with an arm of heavy equipment such as an excavator. In the automatic safety device for a quick coupler, the safety device is configured as a combination of new-forms of latches which are automatically latched or released in cooperation with a cylinder side which operates a moving hook of the quick coupler for coupling or disassembling an attachment such as a bucket or a breaker, so that it is possible to secure worker's convenience and safety; even in the case where an external force is frequently exerted during works, it is possible to maintain a stable engagement state of an attachment pin and to prevent danger of safety accidents; and it is possible to speedily perform operations of coupling or disassembling the attachment.
