PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for monitoring a working state of a workpiece or a working tool state in various working processes.SOLUTION: A sensor element for monitoring a working state of a workpiece or an operation state of a working tool during working processes, is mainly composed of an aluminum oxide or a complex oxide, and the sensor element is formed by adding at least one kind of elements selected from a group composed of Ti, V, Cr, Mn, and Co, to the base material by 0.1-5 mol% of aluminum. |
