<p>A laminated body (12) including a magnetic layer (12a) and non-magnetic layers (12b, 12c) formed on both main surfaces of the magnetic layer (12a) . Linear conductors (16, 16…, 18, 18,…) form part of an inductor having the longitudinal direction of the laminated body (12) as the winding shaft thereof, and are formed on both main surfaces of the magnetic layer (12a). Pad electrodes (14a, 14a,…) are formed on the upper surface of the laminated body (12) and pad electrodes (14b, 14b,…) are formed on the lower surface of the laminated body (12) so as to be symmetrical to the pad electrodes (14a, 14a,…). Two mutually different points of the inductor are each electrically connected to two different pad electrodes (14a, 14a).</p> |
