PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety during remote control.SOLUTION: The controller 3, upon reception of remote control instruction data from a terminal device 2, generates a control signal for remote-controlling an electrical apparatus 5 and transmits the signal to the electrical apparatus 5. The electrical apparatus 5 determines whether or not the apparatus itself can be remote-controlled from environmental information of its own surrounding and, when it is determined that remote control can be done safely during control signal reception, executes processing by the control signal and, when it is determined that remote control cannot be done safely, executes no processing by the control signal. |
