PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device which makes fixing of a slide frame that holds a foot rest easy, with damage on the slide frame being reduced.SOLUTION: A lock device adjusts height of a foot rest so as to selectively fix, at a specified position, a leg part frame of a wheel chair and a slide frame which is slidably inserted into the leg part frame. It includes: a body part which is attached to an outer periphery of the leg part frame; a lock lever pivoted on the body part for rotation; and a pressurizing member which is housed inside the body part, being arranged between a base end of the lock lever and the outer periphery of the leg part frame, to pressurize the slide frame against the leg part frame through a through hole opened on the leg part frame. In a state where the lock device is being released, the pressurizing member is stored in the body part to allow play, however, in the lock state, the lock lever base end press-contacts to the pressurizing member so that the pressurizing member protrudes from the through hole. |
