PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for encoding/decoding video to which an intra-prediction method with various orientation is applied on the basis of a hierarchical encoding unit of various sizes.SOLUTION: Provided are method and device for encoding video of filtering peripheral pixels used for intra-prediction of a current block to be encoded, and performing intra-prediction by using the filtered peripheral pixels. Also provided are method and device decoding video.
