A bottle blowing machine comprises a rack (100), a die opening and closing component, a lifting component, a bottom die clamping component, and a driving component. The die opening and closing component comprises a bottom die (1), a fixed die plate (2), and a moving die plate (3). The lifting component comprises a lug boss (9), a lifting rod (10), and a sliding block (11). A guiding slot (90) is formed on the lug boss (9). The sliding block (11) is slidingly disposed inside the guiding slot (90). The bottom die (1) is fixed on an upper part of the lifting rod (10). The bottom die clamping component comprises a rotation component (17), a swinging component (18), and a first clamping part (190). The first clamping part (190) is slidingly disposed on the rack (100). The driving component comprises a rotation shaft (12), and a power source driving the rotation shaft (12) to rotate. The moving die plate (3), the lug boss (9), and the rotation element (17) are fixedly connected to the rotation shaft (12) at the same time. When the rotation shaft (12) rotates, the fixed die plate (2) and the moving die plate (3) are engaged with each other, the lifting rod (10) lifts up the bottom die (1), and the first clamping part (190) slides to a part between the rack (100) and the bottom die (1). In the bottle blowing machine, only one rotation shaft is used to drive three components to operate at the same time, to complete steps of die closing, lifting-up, and clamping, so that the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and efficiency of the bottle blowing process is improved. |
