<p>Provided is a vibration diaphragm (1) used for a loudspeaker, comprising: two ends, and a diaphragm body which is located between the two ends and is provided with a front surface and a back surface, wherein the inner diameter of one end is greater than that of the other end, the cross section of the diaphragm body is in a ring shape, and the diaphragm body comprises a main body (11) in a truncated cone shape, characterized in that, at least one rough part (2) is arranged on the diaphragm body. Provided is a processing method for a vibration diaphragm. The method comprises the following steps: beating; fishing slurry; hot pressing, freely drying a rough part (2) in the hot-pressing process; and punching. Provided is a processing device for a vibration diaphragm. The device comprises: an upper mould and a lower mould, wherein a lower pressing mould surface is formed on the upper part of the lower mould, and an upper pressing mould surface corresponding to the lower pressing mould surface is formed on the lower part of the upper mould; and one of the upper pressing mould surface and the lower pressing mould surface is provided with a non-pressing lug boss.
