摘要 A reciprocating impact mining machine lubricating method and a reciprocating impact mining machine lubricating system implementing the method. The system comprises a pipeline and a liquid suction pump lubricating device, and further comprises a combination of a piston rod and a piston rod pump chamber, or a combination of a gear assembly and a gear pump chamber. When the piston rod pump chamber is secured to a box, the piston rod mating with the piston rod pump chamber and reciprocating thereto is secured to an impact guide rod, or when the piston rod pump chamber is secured to the impact guide rod, the piston rod mating with the piston rod pump chamber and reciprocating thereto is secured to the box, or when the gear pump chamber is secured to the box, the gear assembly meshes with a power rotating shaft. The impact guide rod drives the piston rod to reciprocate relative to the piston rod pump chamber so as to suction lubricants into the piston rod pump chamber and discharge the lubricants from the pipeline to the positions requiring lubrication, or the power rotating shaft drives the gear assembly to rotate so as to inject the lubricants from a low pressure chamber to a high pressure chamber and fill the lubricants into the positions requiring lubrication. The system can be maintained and replaced easily and quickly.
