PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in acknowledgment of facts that coating film waterproof materials are being used at sites of buildings, civil engineering structures, etc. requiring waterproof performances, that sealing materials are being used for seams of various building materials for waterproofing purposes, etc., that many of the waterproof materials, sealing materials, etc. generally include plasticizers for purposes of conferring thereon flexibility and of inhibiting cracks, that these plasticizers are likely to migrate onto coating film surfaces over time, and that aesthetic appearances of the coating films are likely to deteriorate due to adhesions, to surfaces thereof, of pollutants in the air, a laminate capable of enhancing the weather resistance of a plasticizer-containing material and of exhibiting a pollution inhibitory effect.SOLUTION: A coating layer having an attribute of preventing the migration of a plasticizer, a coating layer including a synthetic resin and an infrared-reflective powder, and a coating layer formed by a coat including a tetraalkoxysilane compound, a polyol compound, and a polyisocyanate compound are laminated on the surface of a plasticizer-containing material. |
