PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner capable of suppressing a running stop state on a floor surface.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner 11 has a cleaner body 25 equipped with a body case 12. The vacuum cleaner 11 has drive wheels 15 which allow the cleaner body 25 to run on a floor surface F. The vacuum cleaner 11 has control means to control driving of the drive wheels 15. The vacuum cleaner 11 has control means with a function of slipping detection means which detects whether any of the drive wheels 15 is slipping. The vacuum cleaner 11 has forced protrusion means 21 which fixes a drive wheel 15 at a position in a direction of protruding with respect to the bottom part of the body case 12 to which it is forced to move when the control means detects slipping. |
