A heating unit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body instrument which an object for reduction is provided; a microwave application instrument for applying a microwave to the body instrument; and a heating instrument provided in the body instrument, while generating heat by the microwave applied by the microwave application instrument. Moreover, a reduction furnace according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a vacuum formation unit for providing a vacuum unit for forming vacuum inside the body instrument provided with the heating unit and where an object for reduction is provided; and a condensing unit connected to the top end of the body instrument to condense the vapor of the reduced object. |
