PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet discharge head and an image forming apparatus capable of realizing cost reduction while securing a function for supplying a liquid to a liquid chamber communicating with a nozzle and a function of a damper for suppressing pressure fluctuation in the liquid chamber.SOLUTION: The droplet discharge head includes the damper arranged in the side of a common liquid chamber forming member opposite to a liquid chamber substrate side, and a damper holing member for holding the damper from the side of the damper opposite to the common liquid chamber forming member. The damper holing member includes a partition part 201a having liquid supply ports 203 for supplying the liquid to common liquid chambers at positions corresponding to the common liquid chambers via the damper. Furthermore, the damper holding member 107 includes first damper chambers 200a, 200c and second damper chambers 200b, 200d respectively facing each other while sandwiching the liquid supply ports 203. |
