PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual closing/opening structure for a pressure relief valve of a flow passage which can reduce size and cost.SOLUTION: A manual opening/closing structure for a pressure relief valve 2 of a flow passage includes: a liquid supply passage 3; an opening/closing valve 62 mounted on the liquid supply passage 3 and opening/closing electrically; a bypass flow passage 4 in which an inflow part is connected to the liquid supply passage 3 on an upstream side of the opening/closing valve 62; and a pressure relief valve 2 which opens when the pressure in the bypass flow passage 4 becomes a predetermined pressure or greater. The pressure relief valve 2 has: an elastic body 22 in the bypass flow passage 4; and a water cut-off body 23 mounted on the elastic body 22 for stopping water in the bypass flow passage 4. The manual opening/closing structure for a pressure relief valve 2 of a flow passage includes a manual switching tool 1 which can move the water cut-off body 23 manually from a water cut-off state to a water passing state, or from the water passing state to the water cut-off state of the bypass flow passage 4 by compressing/extending the elastic body 22.
