PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire improving low rolling resistance, steering stability, and abrasion resistance more than conventional levels, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: There is a method including: a first successive mixing process for preliminary mixing a first mixture containing no reinforcing filler, made by blending S-(aminoalkyl)thiosulfate or a metal salt thereof of 0.3 to 5 wt.% based on the weight of a rubber component selected from a natural rubber and isoprene rubber; a second successive mixing process for mixing a second mixture made by blending 100 pts.wt. of a diene rubber containing the first mixture of 15 to 100 wt.% as a rubber component, 30 to 150 pts.wt. of the reinforcing filler, and blending agents other than a vulcanization system blending agent; and a mixing process for mixing by blending the vulcanization system blending agent with the second mixture. |
