PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicle structure capable of improving degree of freedom in designing a rear frame having an upper frame and a lower frame.SOLUTION: A motor cycle 1 comprises: an engine 3; a first main frame 20a extending toward a vehicle vertical direction and a vehicle longitudinal direction for supporting the engine 3; a first rear frame 30a extending toward a vehicle rear direction from the first main frame 20a and being connected to the first main frame 20a on at least two points; an exhaust pipe 41 for exhausting exhaust gas of the engine 3 toward outside; and a silencer 42 attached to a rear part of the exhaust pipe 41 and positioned at a lower part of the first rear frame 30a at least partially. A rear part of the silencer 42 is connected to the first rear frame 30a. At least one of a front part of the silencer 42 and the exhaust pipe 41 is connected to the first main frame 20a below the position of the first rear frame 30a. |
