PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive photoelectric conversion device capable of reducing optical color mixture caused by diffraction and projecting a clear image with high color reproduction.SOLUTION: At least a first metal wiring layer and a second metal wiring layer are arranged on a semiconductor substrate 30 in close order from the semiconductor substrate 30. The second metal wiring layer comprises power supply lines 4 for each supplying power to an amplification transistors M4 of two or more pixel columns by each supply line. The power to the amplification transistor M4 of the pixel column having no power supply line 4 is supplied from the power supply line 4 of the adjacent column through the first metal wiring layer (a bridge line 45). One power supply line 4 is arranged for two or four pixel columns.
