The present invention discloses a non-contact power supply apparatus and a non-contact power supply system, each of which has: a rectifying circuit (1) to be connected to a commercial power supply; a conversion unit connected to the rectifying circuit (1); a resonant circuit (8), which is connected to the conversion unit, and which transmits power toward a power receiving apparatus (R) in a non-contact manner; a communication unit (11) that receives information from the power receiving apparatus (R), said information relating to power supply to a load to which power is to be supplied; and a control unit, which is connected to the communication unit (11) and the conversion unit, and which controls the conversion unit on the basis of the information such that a value of power supply impedance of the load is within a predetermined range. |
