A paste fixed-length anchoring supporting method. Pasty slurry (4) prefabricated on site is used as an anchoring agent; a plastic flexible pipe (3) is inserted into a drill hole (2); the prepared pasty slurry (4) is injected into the drill hole (2) by an injection pump through the plastic flexible pipe (3); an anchor rod/cable (5) is inserted into the drill hole (2); a tray (6), a spherical cushion (7), an antifriction gasket (8) and a nut/anchorage (9) are mounted in order on the exposed section of the anchor rod/cable (5); and the anchor rod/cable (5) is pre-tightened and repeatedly twisted using a stretch-draw device after the pasty slurry (4) is solidified. The pasty slurry (4) used has good thixotropy and pumpability, and compared with traditional encapsulated resin anchoring agents, can solve the anchoring problem with broken surrounding rocks and has low requirements for the jacking force of construction device; at the same time, the desired anchoring length can be chosen flexibly according to the requirements of a project, total-length anchoring of the anchor rod/cable (5) can be achieved so that the anchor rod/cable (5) becomes highly sensitive to the deformation and layer separation of surrounding rocks, layer separation and sliding of surrounding rocks can be inhibited in time, the adaptability of an anchor rod supporting system to surrounding rocks with large deformation is improved, and the problem of heavily-stressed roadway support in a deep position is solved. |
