A control method of a wireless power receiving unit receiving charging power from a wireless power transmitting unit to perform wireless charging is provided. The control method includes receiving the charging power from the wireless power transmitting unit; detecting wired charging by a wired charging terminal by the wireless power receiving unit; when the wired charging is detected, generating a message including information notifying of a change of a wireless charging state of the wireless power receiving unit; and transmitting the message to the wireless power transmitting unit.
