Disclosed is a semiconducting nanoparticle comprising: a one-dimensional semiconducting nanoparticle having a first end and a second end, wherein the second end is in a position opposite to the first end; a first node including a first semiconductor and contacting a radial surface of a one-dimensional semiconducting nanoparticle which generates a first heterojunction on a contact point; and a second node including a second semiconductor and contacting a radial surface of a one-dimensional semiconducting nanoparticle which generates a second heterojunction on a contact point, wherein the first heterojunction and the second heterojunction respectively have a different composition.
