A wave power generation apparatus according to the present invention includes a main body (100) which is provided with a support and a main body buoyancy body (150) disposed on a lower surface of the support so that the support floats on a sea surface; a plurality of buoyancy containers (200) which are positioned in the vicinity of the support and float on the sea surface; a vertical moving unit (300) with one end disposed to be vertically rotatable in the support and the other end connected to the buoyancy container (200) which vertically moves in response to a vertical movement of the buoyancy container (200) caused by the height of the sea surface; a weight moving unit (400) which is disposed in an upper portion of the vertical moving unit (300) and accommodates a fluid therein so that the fluid moves toward the buoyancy container (200) and the vertical moving unit is moved further downward when the vertical moving unit (300) moves downward and an inclination toward the support is performed and the vertical moving unit is moved further upward when the vertical moving unit (300) moves upward; a cylinder unit (500) which is connected to the vertical moving unit (300) and supplies the fluid in one direction through a pumping operation of advancing and retracting in response to the vertical movement of the vertical moving unit (300); a fluid supply pipe (600) which is connected to the cylinder unit (500) and supplies the fluid in response to the pumping operation of the cylinder unit (500); a fluid discharge pipe (700) which is connected to the cylinder unit (500) and discharges the fluid in response to the pumping operation of the cylinder unit (500); and a generator (800) which is connected to the fluid discharge pipe (700) and generates power in response to the fluid supply.
