The present invention relates to a poor driving posture warning device. The present invention includes a capacitance sensor that is provided in a head rest and senses driver head position information, a seat position measuring unit that senses a seat position, and a control unit that drives a warning driving unit for driver recognition, based on results of measurement by the capacitance sensor and the seat position measuring unit, in a case where a driving posture of the driver is poor. According to the present invention, the driver can recognize his or her driving posture from a seat so that his or her driving posture can be corrected. Also, the head position information and seat position information are allowed for at the same time, and thus the poor driving posture can be determined with reliability. In addition, the seat autonomously determines the poor driving posture and warns the driver, and thus the marketability of the seat can be improved. |
