<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic resin producing a baking paste hardly oxidizing filler during baking, and a process for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The acrylic resin for a baking paste having a residual initiator content of ≤30 ppm is obtained by the method including an emulsion polymerization of a monomer containing ≥60 mass% alkyl methacrylate to obtain an emulsion, a step for reducing the residual initiator wherein a reducing agent is added to the emulsion, and drying and pulverization of the emulsion; or a method including a spray-drying of the emulsion, a step for reducing a residual initiator by washing the resulting powder, and drying of the resulting wet powder to obtain a powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
