Provided is a sluice gate positioned between the waterway of agricultural water and a river, storing and draining the water, and forcibly pumping and draining the water from the waterway to the river when a water level at the river rises. The sluice gate is opened or closed by a hoist using a rack bar installed at the end of the waterway of the agricultural water and electrically driven, stores and drains the water, controls a water current in order to prevent backflow from occurring by the rise of the water level at the river when the amount of the water current in the river increases, and forcibly pumps and drains the water from the waterway to the river using a pump. The sluice gate comprises: a path positioned at the lower side of the sluice gate, and installed to penetrate from the waterway to the river; a first auxiliary gate accessorily installed at one side of the path, opened or closed by the hoist, and allowing the agricultural water to be stored and drained within the waterway; a second auxiliary gate accessorily installed at the other side of the path, opened by the current pressure of the agricultural water within the waterway, closed by the weight thereof, and preventing the backflow at the river when automatically closed by water pressure applied when the water level at the river rises; and the pump installed in the sluice gate, having an inlet formed to be exposed from the ceiling of the path, and having an outlet formed to be exposed to the river, wherein the pump is driven when the second auxiliary gate is automatically closed by the rising water pressure at the river, thereby pumping and draining the water from the waterway to the river. |
