The present invention relates to a rail reinforcement device. More specifically, provided is a rail reinforcement device which is able to reinforce and fill soft ground using a bogie with grouting on train railroads, to reinforce the ground by being operated on the railroads, to maximize pleasant and stable operation by reinforcing soft ground through mutual operation and preventing fatigue of soft ground and sinking of underground, to be free from time constraints on the reinforcement work of railroads as both daytime work and nighttime work are easily performed, to easily perform a restoration work after natural disaster, and to be free from interference on train operation owing to reinforcement work as soft ground section can be reinforced without having train operation stopped in the case of double tracks.
