The present invention relates to a hydraulic brake structure of an automatic transmission. The present invention is configured to comprise: a cylinder (100) which is mounted on a case (10) of the automatic transmission and forms a flow passage; a piston (200) which is actuated by the hydraulic pressure flowing through the flow passage with one end to be installed inside the cylinder (100) and other end to protruded from the outside of the cylinder (100); and a brake (300) which is actuated by the piston (200). Therefore, the present invention can improve assembling properties by facilitating settings of the flow passage, allow a compact structure, and improve the marketability by preventing the flow passage from being closed even if the cylinder rotates.
