A wearable item for enhancing the visibility of a wearer in use. The item comprises a front portion for covering at least part of a wearer's front in use, the front portion comprising a first elongate light emitting means for emitting light frontwards in a vertically elongate configuration in use. The item comprises a rear portion for covering at least part of a wearer's rear in use,the rear portion comprising a second light emitting means for emitting light rearwards in a horizontally elongate configuration in use. Related kits and methods are also described. |
