The present invention relates to spray device for the maintenance of refractory. When being supplied with water and cement and to mix the same to spray mortar onto a crack occurred in refractory of coke oven, the spray angle and intensity of mortar spray can be adjusted. The spray device for the maintenance of refractory according to the present invention includes: a fluid mixer unit which is supplied with water and cement, respectively from a water supply line and a cement supply line, at the same time mixing the water and cement using the self-same pressures to generate mortar; and a nozzle unit connected to the fluid mixer unit to receive the mortar, while having spray holes to spray the mortar and adjusting the opening degree of the spray holes to control the angle and power of the spray. |
