The present invention relates to a syringe for dispensing a liquid to a substrate. According to an embodiment, the syringe includes a barrel that is provided with a first end part, a second end part, and an internal storage. A piston is slidably disposed in the internal storage and is movable to increase or decrease the volume of the internal storage adjacent to the first end part of the barrel. At least one portion of at least one of the barrel, the piston, or a dispensing tip includes a material selected to maintain unity in the operation structure of the syringe at a rising temperature. |
