The present invention relating to a spindle motor integrated with a disk tray comprises a rotary shaft; a steel bearing supporting the rotary shaft to be rotary; a bearing housing on which the steel bearing is fixed; a rotor fixed on the rotary shaft; a stator fixed on the bearing housing; and a chucking device fixed on the rotor and rotating with the rotor. The bearing housing is integrally formed with the disk tray in which a disk is mounted through molding. Accordingly, the number of components is reduced, the manufacturing process is shortened, and the production costs can be decreased.
