Disclosed are a personalized exercise management method and a system thereof. According to the present invention, the method and the system enable physical fitness of a subscriber to a health management service to be correctly diagnosed by a professional by providing a physical fitness diagnosis program defined based on body information of the subscriber to a portable terminal of the subscriber through the Web; enable the subscriber to be offered with an exercise program regardless of time and place by providing the exercise program prescribed by a professional based on information on the physical fitness diagnosis for the subscriber to the health management service; and motivate the subscriber to continue boring exercise and boost interest in the exercise by providing physical fitness improvements resulting from the prescribed exercise program to the portable terminal through a personalized avatar, which is in a graphic form.
